How does free shipping work for Waiuku and surrounding areas?

For all customers in Waiuku, Glenbrook, Puni, Patamahoe, and Pukekohe, orders will be personally delivered by Amanda between Tuesdays and Saturdays, coinciding with mobile hairdressing services in the area.

Any orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be delivered on the next available day within the Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

What are your processing and delivery times by post?

All orders received Monday–Friday will be dispatched within 1–2 days subject to volume. Any orders received over the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched within 1–2 days from the next business day subject to volume.

We will always aim to ship your order in full; however, if a product goes out of stock while your order is processing, we will be in contact to best meet your delivery needs.

Items are sent through NZ Post. Delivery targets are a guide only. Delivery outside major towns and cities, including to and from rural or remote areas, will take longer.

Are your products professional products?

Yes, we work directly with local suppliers for professional hair care products, which are exclusively available in salons.

Everything we carry is guaranteed free of animal products, animal testing, sulfates, and parabens.

What if I can’t find the product I’m searching for?
